Take the time to explore and pay respect to the historical tragedies that Allied prisoners of war had to endure on your trip. Walk across the infamous Bridge over River Kwai that was built by the laboured POWs before seeing firsthand accounts of these prisoners and their tribulations at JEATH War Museum. Ride the train across Death Railway and see the strenuous work that POWs suffered through to construct such a railway, and arrive at Hellfire Pass to see the visuals of the extreme railway cutting and tributes to the laborers who died.
