The pocket wifi helped. I returned the pocket wifi on August 5, 2025 early because I had to catch a flight the next morning. Then I found out I was charged a bill. I never received a confirmation email or a email if it was lost. I did turn it in. I hope it can be fix. If not I will not use pocket wifi anymore.

How to use the service
- Book your data plan. You will receive a pick-up link via email 2 days before your scheduled pick-up.
- Arrive at the pick-up location. Open the pick-up link and scan the QR code displayed on the station.
- Once you've picked up your pocket WiFi, the rental service will automatically begin.
- To return the device, simply insert the pocket WiFi into one of the device slots at the station.
- You cannot extend the rental service. To continue using it, you must return the device and rent a new one.
