*A shared transfer service from/to your hotel in Phuket will be provided.
*The available pick-up times from your hotel are as follows. Please choose on upon booking:
- 9:00am~9:30am / 10:00am~10:30am / 11:00am~11:30am / 12:00pm~12:30pm / 1:00pm~1:30pm / 2:00pm~2:30pm / 3:00pm~3:30pm
*The exact pick-up time at your hotel will be sent to you through email after your reservation is confirmed.

1. For the Intermediate & Advanced Extreme Tree Adventure options:
*If your hotel is located in the following areas, there will be an additional charge (round-trip transfer), which should be paid in cash on the day:
- Nai Thon / Nai Yang / Mai Khao / Ao Por / Koh Sirey: 200 baht per adult & 100 baht per child (3~9 years old)

2. For the Beginner Tree Adventure/Kids Zone option:
*If you do NOT wish a hotel pick-up & drop off service, please book the option without Transfer.

- Height limit: 130cm~ (except Kids Zone)
- Weight limit: ~130kg
- Age limit: 10 years old~ (for adult courses) or 3 years old~ (for Kids Zone)

Please keep in mind

1. Pregnant women are not advised to join this activity.
2. Jungle Xtrem Adventure Park is closed during the heavy rain & stormy seasons.
3. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes for the sports activity.
4. The Beginner Tree Adventure course is the same as the Kids Zone area, which doesn't have time limit. If customers want, kids can stay here as long as they wish. Normally, children get tired after 1.5~2 hours on the track. If your children are active & taller than 130cm, Intermediate Tree Adventure would be more interesting to them.

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
