- Hotel pick up/drop off is only available in Tonsai Area only (including Long Beach & Viking Beach)
- If your hotel is outside of Tonsai area or if you are requesting for Relax Beach Resort / Phi Phi Island Resort / Laem Tong, there will be an extra charge of 400 baht for the round trip.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable (Reschedule for 600 baht)
