If the service time exceeds 10 hours or takes place between 8:00pm and 10:00pm, a surcharge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour). Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund (no later than 5:00pm KST)
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund (no later than 5:00pm KST)
Less than 2 days before the reserved date: Non-refundable

What vehicles are available for the tour?

- 7-seater Toyota Alphard (or similar): Up to 6 passengers (including children) with 2 standard-sized pieces of luggage, or up to 4 passengers with 4 pieces if child seats are used.
- 9-seater Toyota Hiace (or similar): Up to 9 passengers with 7 pieces of luggage, or up to 6 passengers with 10 pieces if child seats are used.

Is there a waiting period for pick-up?

Yes, the free waiting time is 30 minutes from your selected pick-up time. Exceeding this incurs an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour (any fraction of an hour counts as 1 hour).

Are there overtime charges?

Yes, if the tour exceeds 10 hours or runs between 8:00 PM–10:00 PM, an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour applies. Fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
