*Reservations cannot be accepted for infants aged 0~1, as they may have difficulty using seat belts.
*Infants cannot be treated as free passengers. Reservations should be made using the child or adult fare.
*For safety reasons, infants cannot be seated on laps during the ride.
[Onboard Rules & Safety]
*No tour guide will accompany the bus.
*The driver(s) will be from the bus operating company, with either one or two drivers onboard.
*Please follow the schedule and instructions provided by the bus crew during the journey.
*Smoking is prohibited inside the bus at all times.
*Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory while on the bus. Passengers who fail to comply may be denied boarding.
*There is no restroom on the bus.
*Seats are assigned. Please check the seating chart posted on the bus on the day of the trip.
*Members of the same group will be seated close to each other.
*Typically, a large bus is used for the tour; however, depending on the number of reservations, a medium or small bus may be used.
*Breaks of 15~30 minutes will be taken approximately every two hours. However, in cases where delays due to unavoidable circumstances are anticipated, rest breaks may be adjusted accordingly.

*Please manage your luggage at all times.
*Be especially cautious of theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups with other passengers' luggage at departure, rest, and arrival locations.
*Liability for theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups of luggage will not be accepted. Please be aware of this in advance.
*If the trip is canceled due to theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups of luggage, the cancellation fee will still apply as per the regulations.
*The bus company will not be liable for any rental fees or other costs incurred for the same reasons.
*Damage or contamination of luggage will not be the responsibility of the bus company. Please take protective measures in advance.
*Ski and snowboard equipment can be stored, but loading and unloading may cause damage. Ensure they are placed in proper cases (items stored only in sole covers will not be accepted).
*Each passenger is allowed to load one ski or snowboard and one bag into the trunk.
*If the above limit is exceeded, additional items may not be loaded depending on trunk capacity.
*If luggage cannot fit in the trunk, it may be placed inside the bus.
*The following items are not allowed in the trunk: animals, fragile items (such as musical instruments, bicycles, snow scooters, cameras, computers, precision equipment, glassware, or beverages).

*Rental items may be in high demand on busy days such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. To ensure availability, it is recommended to make a reservation through the tour-exclusive online booking service.

*A rental discount coupon does not guarantee the availability of the requested items. If the “Internet *Reservation Service” is not used and the desired items or sizes are unavailable, no refund will be issued for any unused portions of the lift ticket or travel fee.
*Some ski resorts may require additional procedures, such as filling out an application form, on the day of use, even if a reservation was made.
*Even with a reservation, there may be waiting times for rental items.
