5. Elderly individuals, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure and heart disease, and pregnant women are recommended to be accompanied by relatives aged 22 and above to ensure their safety during the tour.
6. Please take good care of your belongings and try not to bring valuables. If you lose or damage it during the itinerary, you will be responsible for the loss.
7. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
8. If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, it will be changed to a cruise on the Lake Kawaguchi featuring the Warring States Daimyo ship, or the ticket fee will be refunded

*Kindly be informed that bringing swimsuits into Japanese hot spring baths is not permitted. Separate public baths are available for men and women.
*Upon entry to the large public bath, we kindly ask guests to wash their bodies before entering the bath.
*Individuals with visible tattoos are not permitted to enter.
*For your comfort and consideration of others, please tie your hair up and refrain from soaking it in the hot spring.
*Please avoid soaking the towel in the hot spring. Towels can be placed outside the bath or on your head where they will not come into contact with the hot spring water.
*Please dry your feet using a rug, etc. before leaving the large bath.
