How do I exchange my rental equipment, lift ticket, and hot spring discount ticket?

All exchanges can be completed inside the Day Trip Ski Center at Maiko Snow Resort.
- Rental equipment: Pick up your full rental set at the rental shop inside the Day Trip Ski Center.
- Lift ticket: Redeem your lift ticket at the ticket counter inside the Day Trip Ski Center.
- Hot spring discount ticket: Also available at the same ticket counter.
*To receive the lift ticket and rental coupons, smartphone input is required, and instructions will be provided at the bus meeting point.

What is the meeting point for the bus?

The meeting point is at the Big Holiday Tour reception counter at the bus terminal on the 1st floor of Sunshine City Cultural Hall, the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. *The counter is located at the very back of the terminal. A staff member wearing a yellow (fluorescent) jumper or vest will guide you.

Are there any age restrictions for this day trip?

Yes. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. Children under 6 years old cannot participate.

Can I return to Shinjuku instead of Ikebukuro?

Yes. You may change the return disembarkation point to Shinjuku. Please inform the driver when boarding the bus.
