1. One hot air balloon basket can take 4 people, not including the driver. You may ride the hot air balloon with other people.
2. If you are a large group you will split into groups of 4 people and ride separate hot air balloons.
3. Please note that the tour can be canceled if there are harsh weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you in advance and a full refund will be issued.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
