- Adult tickets apply to junior high school students and above.
- Child tickets apply to children from 6 months to elementary school age.
- Children under 6 months are admitted free.
- Each accompanying adult may supervise a maximum of 3 children.
- Adults (junior high school age and older) are not permitted to enter alone.
- Chaperones cannot be switched. Please stay with your child when entering and exiting the venue.
- Children (elementary school age and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (age 20 or older).
- Arrive with all members of your party, as children cannot enter alone.
- During busy periods, admission may require waiting, and entry may be restricted based on crowd levels.
- Not valid with other coupons.
[Ticket usage policy]
- Guests with timed passes will incur an extension fee every 30 minutes after the designated admission time.
- If the e-ticket date does not match the date of use, any difference will be charged on-site (no refunds available).
(e.g.) If a weekday ticket is used on a weekend or holiday, the difference will be charged at the venue.
If a weekend/holiday ticket is used on a weekday, no refund will be issued. - Please be aware that refunds or extensions of expiration dates are not provided.

- Re-entry is not permitted for time-based passes (90-min/60-min), except in the food and beverage area.
- 1-Day Pass holders may re-enter throughout the same day.
