Game tickets will be refunded only if the game is canceled due to rain or other circumstances. Refunds are available only on the day of the game at the advance ticket booth next to Gate 9 at Hanshin Koshien Stadium. To receive a refund, you must present your game ticket at the booth.

June 6 ~ 8, 20~ 22: 6,100 yen
June 17 ~ 19: 5,500 yen
Refund Period for Match Tickets:
If the game is canceled, please ensure that you request a refund for the ticket price on the same day.
The ticket counters will be open from 10:00am to 5:00pm on the day of the match.
If the match cancellation is announced after 5:00pm, the counters will remain open for approximately 20 minutes after the decision.

Where can I exchange my game ticket?
Both the game ticket and the admission ticket to The Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium (including Limited-Edition Goods) can be exchanged at the museum’s reception desk. Please present the QR code at the reception desk. Tickets cannot be exchanged at the ticket window of Hanshin Koshien Stadium.
Ticket Exchange Times:
For games starting at 2:00pm: 10:00am ~ 1:00pm on the day of the game.
For games starting at 6:00pm: 10:00am ~ 5:00pm on the day of the game.
