What is the difference between adult and child fares?
[Adult] An adult fare applies to persons aged 12 and older. [Child] A child fare applies to persons aged 6 to 11. [Toddler] Children aged 1 to 5. Up to two toddlers can ride the subway free of charge when accompanied by an adult or child. However, a third toddler will be charged a child fare. Additionally, if a toddler rides alone, they will be charged a child fare. For more information, please refer to the passenger operation rules established by the individual transportation company.
I've made a reservation. How can I check if it was correctly made?
Once your reservation is confirmed, instructions will be sent to the provided email address. Please review the reservation details and the voucher containing the mobile ticket link. You can also access your reservation information by clicking the "Reservation Details" link in the email.
I made the reservation from my smartphone, so I can't print the voucher. Can I use the screen display?
Yes, you can. Please open the mobile ticket from the voucher you received and display it on your smartphone at the ticket gate.
How to use the ticket on the day?
Please present the ticket on your smartphone or other device to the station staff or bus driver. Automatic ticket gates cannot be used. For information on using the ticket at gates without staff, please check with the transportation company.
Is the validity period 120 hours from the time of first use?
The validity period is five consecutive days from the first day of use. Each day runs from 3:00am to 2:59am the following day. If usage begins between 12:00am and 2:59am, the period from 12:00am to 2:59am is considered as one day. Therefore, starting at 3:00 AM, there will be four days remaining.
What should I do if the station staff or bus crew are unfamiliar with GTP tickets?
Please change the ticket language to Japanese and show the applicable section at the bottom to the station staff or bus crew.
How can I use the GTP ticket at unmanned stations?
Please use the intercom at the station to get instructions on how to use it.
