What happens if the ski resort is closed due to lack of snow?
If the ski resort cannot operate due to insufficient snowfall, the tour will be canceled at least two days in advance. You will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
Are there any restrictions for children?
Yes. Children under 4 years old are not allowed to participate and guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
