  • Children between 18 and 36 months old can receive an on-site 30% discount. Please remember to bring a passport!
  • Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • For Yeongdeungpo Seoul, Dongtan, and Hanam branches: weekend and public holiday usage is limited to 4 hours. Weekdays offer unlimited usage.
  • Zoolung Zoolung closes on the first and third Mondays of each month (except if the day falls on a public holiday).

  • There is a scheduled time each day when you can feed the animals with the zookeeper.
  • You can also feed the animals on your own by purchasing animal feed on-site. Please note that feed is not included in the ticket.

[Zoolung Zoolung's 3-NO Policy]

1. No Wild Capture
At Zoolung Zoolung, we ensure that all our animals have been ethically sourced. None of the animals in our care were captured from the wild. Instead, they were either born in farms or zoos and have been raised under human care. Our practices comply with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and the International Air Transport Associations's (IATA) Live Animal Regulations (LAR). We strictly adhere to these guidelines to import only captive-bred (CB) animals, and not wild-caught (WC) ones.
Please note that exceptions may apply, particularly for small fish and crustaceans commonly found in the general aquarium trade.

2. No Animal Shows
Zoolung Zoolung refrains from conducting animal shows that compel animals to exhibit unnatural behaviors.

3. No Enclosure Intrusion: Respecting Animal Habitat
Zoolung Zoolung's interaction with animals are conducted in their natural habitats, where they have the freedom to retreat from human contact if they choose. Zoolung Zoolung never force animals out of their enclosures for photography purposes.

Once you make a booking, a mobile voucher will be sent to you via email. Please present the mobile voucher at the ticket booth to exchange it for a physical ticket.

  1. This ticket is for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. A valid ID (i.e passport) will be needed for verification.
  2. There are limited hours of use on weekends and public holidays. (4 hours limit) / Weekdays unlimited.
  3. Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
  4. The program/event may end upon supply depletion.
  5. The program schedule may change due to animals' health and field conditions. Please check the program/event time on-site.
  6. Please sign up for experiencing programs on-site.
  7. Strollers are not permitted. Stroller parking is available at the entrance.
  8. For safety reasons, Yeongdeungpo Seoul Branch may require a waiting time of 15~30 minutes depending on the number of people. In this case, refunds will not be issued.
  9. Please note that animal welfare regulations prohibit direct contact with the animals. Any issues arising from unauthorized touching will be the sole responsibility of the individual involved.
  10. Zoolung Zoolung closes on the first and third Mondays of each month (except if the day falls on a public holiday).
