*In the event of loss or damage to your luggage, if it can be proven that the carrier is at fault, the maximum compensation amount is 1,000,000 won.

- Small: Carry-on suitcase (maximum length 55cm or less) or backpack
- Medium: Checked suitcase (maximum length less than 70cm) or hiking backpack
- Large: Large suitcase (maximum length 70cm or more) or golf bag

*The minimum luggage size is Small. Smaller items, such as tote bags or anything smaller than a carry-on, will still be charged as a small luggage.
*If you select the wrong size, you may be required to pay the difference on-site.

- Hotel deliveries are available to affiliated hotels only. Click here to check the list of affiliated hotels.
- Deliveries are not available to Airbnbs.
- If delivery is not possible due to the hotel's circumstances, the reservation may be canceled.
- You can only check in and pick up your luggage at the accommodation you are staying at.
