[About the compensation]

In case of damage, we recommend taking and saving multiple photos showing the condition of your suitcase (handle, wheels, and both sides) before dropping off your luggage.
Since your luggage is jointly checked by the host company and the airline, compensation will be provided once the stage at which the damage or loss occurred is confirmed.
Damage and loss after the luggage is checked by the host company will be compensated according to the host company's policy. (Compensation limits vary depending on the extent of the damage or loss.)
Damage or loss occurring after the luggage is handed over to the airline will be compensated according to the respective airline's policy. (Please refer to the airline's compensation guidelines.)
Minor scratches are not eligible for compensation. We recommend using a suitcase cover to help prevent surface damage.

If your baggage exceeds the weight limit, the staff at the Easy Drop counter will inform you in advance. Additional fees can be paid at the airport. Credit card payments are accepted. If you miss the payment at the airline counter, please pay at the boarding gate.
If you complete check-in on the day before departure and enter the departure area early, then cancel your trip for personal reasons, Jeju Air will charge a Gate No-Show Fee of 200,000 won. This policy will be explained and notified in advance on-site.
