Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

  2. As this salon is popular among locals, your preferred date and time may not be available. In this case, we will inform you via email.
  3. Depending on the length of your hair, you may have to pay an additional charge on the day. The staff will inform you of the total cost prior to the service.
  4. Specific designer requests are not available.
  5. A preliminary consultation will be conducted via the messenger ID you provided upon booking. Please ensure your messenger ID is correct and allow for ID searches.
  6. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with your hairstyle unless it significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.
  7. Refunds are only available if improper procedures in chemical bonding result in hair damage or breakage, making it difficult to achieve the desired outcome.
    *Please note that chemical treatments may cause some hair damage, and you are considered to have acknowledges this when receiving services.

Get off at Seoul Forest Station (Suinbundang Line) and take Exit 2. Walk back and you'll see a building with a CU convenience store. NaNalog Seongsu is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of that building.

NaNalog Hongdae Branch
Get off at Sangsu Station (Line 6) and take Exit 1. Walk straight until you reach a large intersection. Cross the road and continue walking straight until you see Compose Coffee. Turn left at the corner and walk straight until you see the NaNalog sign on the 1st floor.

NaNalog Sinchon Branch
Get off at Sinchon Station (Line 2) and take Exit 2. Walk straight past the Hyundai Department Store and cross the road. Continue walking straight until you see a building with the sign "MIIGWECH". NaNalog Sinchon is located on the 4th floor of that building.
