  • Strollers and wheelchairs are available for free rental on-site. A manual sign-out form must be completed before use.

  • This ticket is for a single-seater kart.
  • Children must be over 150cm (4.93 ft) and over 15 years of age to get on the ride alone.
  • Riders under 150 cm cannot use a single-seater kart and must ride with an adult guardian in a two-seater kart. To upgrade to a two-seater kart, please pay an additional fee of 8,000 won for children and 10,000 won for youth and adults on-site.

[Jeju Tangerine Kart]
  1. Operations may be suspended due to severe weather, such as typhoons, strong winds, or heavy rain. Please inquire in advance regarding the kart operation on rainy days.
  2. Individuals who are intoxicated, pregnant, or have certain physical conditions (including disabilities, elderly passengers, or specific body types) may be restricted from riding for safety reasons.
  3. Long pants and closed-toe shoes (sneakers) are recommended. Shorts are available for free rental for female guests.
  4. To prevent accidents, damage, or loss, all personal belongings must be stored in the lockers before boarding.
  5. A safety briefing by staff will be conducted before the ride. Please ensure all riders pay full attention during the briefing.
  6. Reckless driving may result in immediate removal from the kart. No refunds or re-entry are provided in such cases.
  7. Taking photos while driving on the course is strictly prohibited. Photos can only be taken at designated photo zones.

  • Some installations have low overhead clearance. Take care to avoid hitting your head or viewing exhibits too forcefully.

[Horror School in Jeju]
  1. Before entering, all visitors must sign a liability waiver and familiarize themselves with the safety guidelines and usage instructions.
  2. All personal belongings, including all electronic devices, must be stored in the lockers before entering. Lost items are difficult to recover inside the attraction.
  3. People with a nervous disposition, pregnant individuals, and those who have consumed alcohol may be restricted from entry.
  4. The interior is dimly lit throughout — please be aware of your surroundings to avoid accidents.
  5. Emergency bells are installed throughout the attraction — press at any time for immediate assistance.
  6. Early exit is permitted; however, re-entry and refunds are not available once you have left.
  7. Any physical violence toward staff or performers, or deliberate disruption of the experience, will result in immediate removal with no refund.
  8. To protect other guests' experience, sharing or leaking any details of the attraction's content is strictly prohibited.
