[About Hotel Deliveries]

• The hotel must have resident staff and a luggage desk.
• The hotel must not be an Airbnb or unmanned locker hotel.

[Prohibited items]
For all delivery routes except between hotels in Jeju, luggage is transported by air. As a result, certain items that are normally permitted in checked baggage may not be accepted for this service. If prohibited items are detected during X-ray screening, your luggage may be inspected, and the restricted items will be removed and disposed of. Please leave your luggage unlocked at drop-off or provide the lock passcode when making your booking.

[Compensation Policy & Exclusions]

• The operator takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe handling and delivery of luggage. In the event of loss or external damage to luggage, compensation is limited to a maximum of 300,000 won per item.
• Please note that handles, wheels, and other protruding parts are not covered by this compensation policy. The operator is also not liable for age-related deterioration, normal wear and tear, or minor scratches, dents, scuffs, and stains that may occur during standard handling and transportation.
• Compensation does not cover the contents of luggage. You are strongly advised not to place fragile items, valuables, cash, electronics, or other high-value belongings inside their luggage.
