  • The monorail at Hwadam Botanic Garden is NOT included in this package.
  • If the trip is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*If you need to reschedule your reservation within 2 days of departure due to personal reasons, a modification fee of 20,000 won per person will apply.

The tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather. If the tour is canceled for any other reason, we will inform you via email or messenger.
