Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. Due to broadcast station security procedures, those arriving late will not be allowed to enter once the show has started. No refunds will be issued in this case.
The ticket purchaser and the person picking up the ticket on-site must be the same individual.
Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the show. Simply taking out a phone or camera may result in a warning from on-site security staff. Anyone caught filming or recording will have their data deleted and be removed from the studio immediately. No refunds will be issued for removal due to this reason.
Entry after the show has started is NOT permitted, and re-entry is NOT allowed once inside. Leaving during the show is only possible with a guide. Please use the restroom before entering the building.
No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
Large suitcases and backpacks are not permitted inside the broadcast station. Please leave bulky items on the tour bus and bring only light, essential belongings.
Comfortable sneakers are strongly recommended, as the visit involves waiting and moving between different areas of the studio.
Children under 13 years old CANNOT join the activity.
