  2. Punctuality is key. Please strictly observe the meeting time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
  3. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes for this tour.
  4. Please note that the blooming status may vary depending on the weather. If the flowers are not in bloom, the tour will proceed with garden walks. Refunds are not available based on flower conditions.
  5. The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain. Please bring a raincoat or umbrella.
  6. In the event of heavy rain (e.g., a forecast of 5mm per hour or more) or thick fog that prevents sunset or night view visibility, you will be notified in advance and a full refund will be issued.
  7.
