Jacoby's Burger 자코비 버거

Hey everyone, listen, this place need to be fix many points for running well specially customer service. The food taste was worthless than price because the beef patty is soft and just soft with something special smell. Do not expect Shake Shack Burger or In and Out Burger like. I ordered two Jacoby's burger, one American cheese burger with one side dish of guacamole and two sodas. And I asked them I could have one empty cup to share the soda but they brought one cup of ice water and they charged total 47,800 won. Later I realized that they charged one cup of ice water for 1,100won also charged one additional nacho chips for guacamole(originally it served with several pieces of nacho crumbs only and its very unbalanced with avocado sauce because avocado sauce was 3/4 potion of bowl and just several nacho crumbs , it was ridiculous) for 5,500 won again.

There was male and female server to serving customers and they made us very uncomfortable with their view of human or world. We were not welcoming by them because we are too old to get their welcoming. If your age over 40 and you will be never welcoming from them. I don't know what kind of philosophy the owner has but if any of customers feels like discrimination in this place then they must have problem with customer cares.
I strongly say to tourists from states or any foreign countries also from this country who can understand English too, never give them generous reviews or stars on internet instead reality of them.
