I like coming to Sea Life Bangkok. This was 3rd time that I visited you. I love the way you have maintained every fish tank & the entire area however I couldn't understand completely what the staff is speaking during the feeding show in any of my visit. Your staff speaks in English and I understand that the accent is different but they should speak little Slowly and clearly so that We understand what he/she is trying to Explain. Everytime I visited I never understood anything they spoke. Also despite of booking ticket online, standing in queue and waiting for your turn to collect the hard copy of Tickets is bit annoying. Apart from the these two issues I don't think I have any other things to complaint about.

4D movie was for 15 mts mainly for children. If you have motion sickness, vertigo or fear avoid sitting on moving chairs. Fixed chairs are available for disabled. In the museum one can see variety of marine life across the world. Feeding of penguins was worth watching. In all it is highly recommended for kids. The place is disabled friendly.

Ticket redeem process is easy, but long q for the counters for redemption. Too excited to go in without ask for the shows time, luckily still manage to watch 2 feeding shows. Overall is good.
