Phuket Airport → Hotel
- You must drop off your luggage at the airport counter before 2:00pm.
- Pick up from the hotel will be available from 6:00pm on the same day.
*There is one schedule delivery schedule for Phuket Airport to hotels. You must drop off your luggage at the airport counter before 2:00pm in order to receive after 6:00pm on the same day.

Hotel → Phuket Airport
- If you drop off your luggage at the hotel before 9:00am you can pick up at the airport counter after 3:00pm.
- If you drop off your luggage at the hotel before 12:00pm you can pick up at the airport counter after 6:00pm.
