  • Please drop off your luggage within each counter's opening hours.
From your hotel in Chiang Mai
  • Please drop off your luggage at the hotel reception and inform the receptionist that Airportels will be collecting your luggage.
  • You are not required to wait for the Airportels staff to collect the luggage after depositing it at reception.

  • If you drop off your luggage after the cut-off time, it will be delivered between 1:00pm and 8:00pm the following day.
  • You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.

  2. Once collected by Airportels staff, luggage cannot be returned to the original pick-up location.
  3. Luggage delivery follows a schedule and cannot be guaranteed for a specific arrival time.

Less than 24 hours before the reserved date: Non-refundable
