常見問題

Who is not allowed to participate in the zipline activity?

This activity is not suitable for participants with mental instability or illness, diabetes, epilepsy, or any previous injuries or medical conditions related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. Guests with injuries to the back, hips, legs, knees, feet, shoulders, hands, or neck are also not allowed to participate. Pregnant women cannot join this activity.

What should I wear for the zipline experience?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Skirts, slippers, high heels, and any clothing that restricts movement are not recommended.

Are children allowed to join the zipline activity?

Children under 4 years old are not allowed to join the zipline activities. Participants must be between 6 and 60 years old.

Can non-participating guests join the trip?

Yes. If someone in your group does not wish to participate in zipline activities, please select the Follower + Transfer option. Followers under 3 years old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents.
