Staff was very helpful and efficient in organzing us to get on the bus to the venue, easy ticket redemption process & overall it was a great experience. Most importantly I had fun with my friends!

Pretty much it was a really nice experience. The fact that Trazy takes you to the concert allow you to make new friends during the mini trip!! The concert was amazing of course. My only disappointed thought is that most of the distributed tickets were not even close to the stage. I know Trazy didn't guarantee good seats but still it feels kind of sad after knowing that past years, foreigns got better tickets T.T Anyways, it was really fun!!

Amazing day filled with great performances. There was an amazing atmosphere throughout the whole concert, and you could see different age groups all enjoying the music.

How can I receive my concert ticket?
Tickets will be distributed by staff at the concert venue. If you miss the shuttle bus, please go directly to the venue and meet the staff to receive your ticket.
What happens if I do not use the shuttle bus service?
No partial refund will be provided if you do not take the shuttle bus service.
What ticket options are available?
There are two ticket types:
- 1-Day Ticket: Entry for either November 8 or November 9 (choose one day).
- 2-Day Ticket: Entry for both November 8 and 9. No partial refund is available if you skip one day.
- 1-Day Ticket: Entry for either November 8 or November 9 (choose one day).
- 2-Day Ticket: Entry for both November 8 and 9. No partial refund is available if you skip one day.
What are the entry requirements?
Only guests aged 6 and above are allowed to enter the venue. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the person whose name appears on the reservation.
