Dong Tan Beach is located in the north of Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand. If you go from Pattaya Beach Road to Jomtien Beach Road, you can find Dong Tan Beach on the way. It looks like it is hidden, so it may not be easy to find, but if you are looking for a quite and peaceful beach, it is worth it.
As you may know, there are a variety of water sports to enjoy at beaches in Thailand. Banana boats, jet skis, speed boats, parasailing.. you name it. However, the beaches with these activities are not great spots for swimming or relaxing.
If you want to get away from all these activities, Dong Tan Beach is the place for you. It is a white sand beach where you can lay down under the sun, or in the shadows of the trees. There is also a road where vehicles are not allowed, so you can take a quiet walk along the beach.
If you walk from Jomtien Beach, walk until the end where Jomtien Beach Road and Thap Praya Road meets. You can find Pattaya Police Station there. This is where Dong Tan Beach starts.
