Dongjak bridge is one of 29 bridges that crosses the Han river. There are observatory tower cafes on each side that face each other- Gureum Cafe (Cloud Cafe) and Noeul Cafe (Sunset Cafe).
Many assert that both of the cafes have one of the best views of Han river and Seoul especially during late afternoon when the sun begins to hide. But the cafes are currently under reconstruction. (Jan. 2013)

Many bridges on Han river but I really like this one. Cuz' very easy to get there and The cafe and landscape are so nice!!!
