概要

Genroku Udon is the third generation Udon maker in Kyushu, Japan and the Korean owner, who learned how to make this dish in Japan, recently returned to Korea to open this restaurant.
It is located in Deayeon-dong which is near Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University.
Genroku Udon specializes in Kyushu-style Jidori udon (chicken and thick noodle soup). Their Jidori udon is made with locally-sourced chicken that features a very rich and refreshing broth.
Also popular is their Jidori Momoyaki (grilled chicken thighs), which are nicely chewy.
For people who wants a bigger dish, they will offer you a free extra noodle:-)! (which means you can get a large size meal at the same price.)

If you can deal with the bit of spicy taste, Jidori is highly recommended! To try more chewy noodle, you might want to pick thick noodle. Oh for the last, there is penalty (2,000won) that you have to pay if you can't finish your dish so order carefully!
