Seoul Grand Park 서울대공원

Seoul Grand Park is a beautiful scenic area in Seoul, comprising of Seoul Grand Park Zoo, a Rose Garden, Seoul Land Amusement Park and the Seoul Museum of Modern Art. The main attraction is the huge zoo which has over 3,400 animals. It can take a long time to walk around the whole park, and so there is a sky lift which can take you to and from the entrance to the park. It's a great place to wander around, looking at both the natural scenery and the animals.
There are many street food vendors as you walk from the station to the park, selling everything from Gimbap to Silkworm Pupae. There are also a few fast food places, such as KFC.
Once within the park, there is a CU convenience store and a couple of restaurants.

Open all year round. March- October (summer) the park is open an extra hour, until 19:00. For select dates during summer, the park is open until 20:30-21:00.
