You must go to this special beef barbeque restaurant when you travel to Nampo-dong (남포동) in Busan. You have to order the barbeque for at least 3 people. After ordering, you can enjoy simple side dishes such as salad for free. The beef will be served in raw meat and it's cooked on a hot stone plate. Next, the clerk uses a torch to kindle a fire on the meat which seems like a circus show. You can see it in your eyes that the meat is roasted in an instant. Then, you can also cook the vegetables including the mushrooms and you can eat meat with grilled vegetables. The restaurant's food is not cheap but it will be a special experience.
The beef of this restaurant is Hanu which is a term for 'Korean beef'. 'Korean beef' is one of the indigenous beef of Korea which has more ‘Oleic acid’ than other beef - Since ‘Oleic acid’ is one of fatty acids. Which decides the taste of beef - ‘Korean beef’ has more genuine flavor than other beef. Besides the flavor, it is more fresh than other beef.

Very delicious!!!! The meat is soft. And a lot of beef in Stone Bean Paste Stew. Korean-style raw Beef’s taste is also good. I strongly recommended this restaurant!
