How to use the service

Book your data plan. You will receive a pick-up link via email 2 days before your scheduled pick-up.
Arrive at the pick-up location. Open the pick-up link and scan the QR code displayed on the station.
Once you've picked up your pocket WiFi, the rental service will automatically begin.
To return the device, simply insert the pocket WiFi into one of the device slots at the station.
You cannot extend the rental service. To continue using it, you must return the device and rent a new one.

You cannot extend the rental service. To continue using it, you must return the device and rent a new one. Equipment Damage & Loss Fee Policy In the event of an accident, theft, or any other incident resulting in the loss or damage of the rented Wi-Fi router, a compensation fee of up to 25,000 yen will be charged. Please keep this in mind during your rental period.

Terminal 2 - 3F International departure lobby (Business hours: 7:00am~10:00pm)

New Chitose Airport

International Terminal 2F Arrival lobby (Business hours: 8:30am~5:00pm)

Fukuoka Airport

International Terminal 1F Arrival lobby (Business hours: 7:00am~9:00pm)

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
Less than 3 days before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*The final voucher with the pick-up link will be sent to you 2 days before your pick-up date.
*Your booking cannot be changed or canceled starting from 2 days before the pick-up date.
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
