San excellent place to visit if you love elephants. Only ethical activities organized for tourists, where you get to prepare food for the elephants, feed them bananas , watermelon and sugarcane, all provided by the sanctuary. You also get to prepare paper with Elephant poo. You get to give them mud bath and thereafter water shower. We are animal lovers so we also happened to visit Elephant Sanctuary at Pattaya.The Phuket Sanctuary was better organised than Pattaya Elephant Sanctuary. Since we had told at both Sanctuaries for requirement of Vegetarian meals, both Sanctuaries prepared separate vegetarian meals for us. Staff at both places were great. A must visit. Life time experience
