- The driver will wait for 1.5 hours after your actual arrival time for free. For bookings with a separately selected pick-up time, the free waiting period is 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the free allowance, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply (any service lasting less than an hour will be rounded up to one hour).

What if my flight is delayed?
The local operator will be tracking your flight and arrival time and pick you up according to your flight arrival time.
How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?
