Are there any restrictions on tattoos?
Those who are with tattoos small enough to be hidden in the palm of your hand, can use the bathing facilities on the 3rd floor. If you have a large tattoo, you can use the private rooms on the 2nd floor (reservation required).
What time is the shuttle bus from the airport?
The free shuttle bus stops are located at lane 23B at Narita Airport Terminal 2 and stop 18 at Terminal 3. The travel time is approximately 10 minutes. Please check the offical website for the timetable. (The bus does not stop at Terminal 1)
Can I bring foods and drinks?
You can bring your own foods and drinks but eating and drinking them is not allowed inside the facilities.
Do you have a smoking area?
An outdoor smoking area is available next to the flapper gate on the first floor from inside the building. There is also a smoking area next to the BMM Sports Massage Center.
