Options	How it works
From Airportels counters at the airport	Please drop off your luggage within each counter's opening hours.
From your hotel in Phuket	Please drop off your luggage at the hotel reception and inform the receptionist that Airportels will be collecting your luggage. You are not required to wait for the Airportels staff to collect the luggage after depositing it at reception.

If you drop off your luggage after the cut-off time, it will be delivered between 1:00pm and 8:00pm the following day. You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.

Each piece of normal luggage must be under 200cm in total dimensions and weigh less than 25kg.
Luggage delivery follows a schedule and cannot be guaranteed for a specific arrival time.
You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.
Please note that delivery is not available to the surrounding islands of Phuket.

Please note that a thorough search for prohibited items will be conducted. Therefore, you must provide the passcode for your luggage upon booking. If your luggage contains any of the following items, delivery may be refused on the day.

Explosives, guns, and weapons or sharp objects
Cash and valuables
Personal IDs and sensitive documents
Perishable food, plants, and certain types of wood
All living things and animals
Biohazardous or medical items
Tobacco and smoking products

Religious or sacred objects
Obscene or pirated content
Gambling and lottery items
Human or animal remains and body parts
Cosmetics in liquid or spray items
Scissors, cutters, and knives

Each normal luggage must not exceed 200 cm in total dimensions and weigh less than 25 kg.

What if I have oversized items, like sports gear or strollers?

For items such as surfboards, musical instruments, bicycles, strollers, or any items not packed in suitcases, you must choose the "special luggage" option when booking.
