- Children under the age of 3 can enter free of charge.
- The garden may close or certain features may be altered due to local conditions or events.
- Due to vehicle renewal work, the Rokko Cable Car will be suspended from early January to early April 2026 (tentative). A replacement bus service will be provided during this period.
