We had good seats, close to the artists, for the final call. However, it was a bit difficult to see the stages because, despite having seating tickets, everyone stood up. It was a nice experience overall, although some fans were pushing us to get better angles for their professional photos, even though those cameras were prohibited. The reception of the tickets was fast, thank you Trazy.

Ticket collection was quite smooth and easy, and instructions given were clear. Had to put on the wristband before entering the venue and scanning in was smooth sailing. The show went on and I managed to enjoy the performances from the many different artists from my front row seat! Also, managed to get noticed by one of my favourite idols at the end of the show! This ticket price is only 3,375,000 Indonesian Rupiah on the Indonesian ticketing website, but it becomes 350 US dollars on the Trazy website. Although the location is very good, I still disapprove of Trazy's blatant scalping behavior!

Great seat location, its near where the artists are seating. Better than the one i bought last year from another App. Hopefully next time, Trazy can offer the VIP location and less price markup :) The only bad thing is the distribution of tickets on the actual day, the sign & the person distributing is not visible. With thousand of people on same location, very hard to find where to get the ticket. The person is just seating on 1 corner with small paper beside him that you can just easily pass by. Next time need to have standing sign or very big sign that the person will constantly hold or place on location easy to see (the other app have this one better)

I enjoyed the Golden Disc Awards on 6 Jan 2024 very much. It was amazing to see so many well known Kpop groups and artists perform live. The whole show was awesome and I'm glad I had the opportunity to watch it. However, I was not happy with the stadium organization. As an international visitor, I had trouble finding the Festival Zone Entrance. None of the guards or the helpdesk staff could give me accurate directions. I think they should have been better informed and trained to assist the guests.

I was a great experience!! I could stand really near the stage and enjoy the performances. The zone is also near the artist seating zone so overall it was amazing!

I’ve had one of the best experience in my life, i get to meet bts again after a long time with a really pleasing view, i got section G and my que line is 164 but i managed to get the 2nd row after argueing with some fansites lol

We were far from the main stage but closer to the extended stage. It was a very fun experience because we were able to see BTS up-close. My fangirl heart is very satisfied, thank you.

GDA 2020 was amazing! Picking up the tickets was quick and easy from the office. There was also no issues with tickets on the day. Everything was relatively well organised and trazy answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Couldn’t have asked to be placed in a better sections! Literally right in front of the stage! Was able to see the idols so close!!

Overall a very good experience! Buying tickets and picking them up at Trazy's office was super easy. My only complaint is that the tickets are so expensive. Regular tickets for one day were 9,900 won (if I understood correctly) and through Trazy we paid closer to 190,000 won. I don't know if it's Trazy themselves or someone else who sets the prices for these foreigner tickets but the difference compared to the original price is kind of ridiculous. As for the award show itself, it was great! We got the A section on the left side on the main stage and had a good view of pretty much everything. Our queue numbers weren't high enough to get a really good spot at the barriers up front and we also didn't feel like having a million mobile phones and fansite cameras obstructing our view so we just hung out at the barrier in the back instead where it wasn't crowded at all. And actually ended up seeing BTS really close when they rode their "spaceship" during their performance as well as TWICE when they came out to greet fans at the end of the show the second day!! Regarding fansites, thankfully since we were in the back there were barely any close to us, but we saw the staff working quite hard going in and taking their foldable stools from them and throwing them away in a heap next to where I was standing... Extra entertainment. Anyway, overall a really good experience thanks to the smooth work by Trazy, good spots in the venue and all the great performances!!

Incredible experience - was randomly allocated zone A which meant I was right at the barrier both days and had an unforgettable two nights! Was very easy to pick up tickets and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. No issues with language and I messaged them through kakaotalk with a question and got an almost immediate response. Thanks so much! Only issue I had is the inflation of price, as I paid over £300 for tickets that sold for around 9,000 won each (about £8), but it’s k-pop and I should expect that now.

Maybe because I booked the tickets so late I got the D section. But It was better than I think of. Artists came here at the end of the show. Anyway,it was an amazing experience!

It was the best decision to book this ticket because i never thought i could get this close to the artists i like and respect. I had tickets for both days but even though i had a really high number for the standing area i managed to get really close to the stage. I never ever thought this would be possible but i loved it. Thanks to these tickets i saw BTS right in front of my nose on the second day because i was in the first row. I got to see Jungkook walking his way right in front of me and i couldn't be happier because he is my favorite singer! Thank you Trazy! It was so worth it!
