- If the weather condition is not favorable to ride a tethered hot air balloon, the staff may limit the sessions or ask you to wait until it's safe to get on board.
- For your safety, the following individuals are prohibited from participating: children under 3 years old, pregnant women, elderly, and those with serious health issues such as heart disease or a fear of heights.
- In case of injury during the activity, participants must immediately inform the guide or contact customer service while still on-site for insurance notification and medical treatment arrangement. If they leave the site, contact after the activity, or seek treatment before notifying, the insurance company may reject the claim, resulting in loss of coverage.
- Please note that the activity may be canceled or rescheduled due to a lack of participants. In this case, we will notify you in advance.
