What types of yoga practices will be offered during the retreat?
While the program is not finalized yet, the retreat is expected to offer over eight different yoga practices, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Dynamic Flow, Gentle Flow, Hatha Vinyasa, Mindful Flow, and more.
