  1. From Don Muang Airport: please note that if you are more than 2 hours late, it will be considered a no-show.
  2. Please make sure you leave all the required information on the booking page. If there are any changes to be made, please contact us at inquiry@trazy.com.
  3. From the airport, your meeting time will be approximately 30 minutes after your arrival.
  4. From your hotel in Bangkok, we highly recommend that you depart for the airport at least 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.
  5. The maximum baggage size is 71 cm (28 in).
