With 63 floors measuring a height of 264m, the 63 Building is Korea’s tallest and most recognized landmark skyscraper.
The 63 Building boasts spectacular views of the Hangang River and the surrounding mountains of Bugaksan Namsan and Gwanaksan.
Things to enjoy in the 63 Building include 63 Aqua Planet, an aquarium, 63 IMAX theater, 63 Wax Museum, 63 Sky Art gallery (you can observe the view located on the 60th floor), Korea’s greatest buffet restaurant “Buffet Pavilion,” and a host of other restaurants.
At 63 Sky Art gallery, you can have a 360-degree view of the Seoul whilst looking at the art pieces that are exhibited as well.
There's also a "love elevator" where you can have a 1min 20secs of a romantic moment with your loved one.
It is also featured in the popular Korean drama, "The Legend of the Blue Sea" starring Jun Ji-hyun and Lee Min-ho.

I found the 63 building a bit of a disappointment to be honest- incredibly crowded and huge queues everywhere. It wouldn't even have been nice to eat at one of the cafe, as they were so full and loud, with a lot of children running around everywhere.
The Aquarium is very small and not worth the money, in my opinion. I wouldn't go to the building again!

This would not be my recommendation for great views of the city. Though you can get pretty high, the cost of the trip up and the other things to do in the building aren't all that amazing. The better view would be from Namsan Tower/ N Seoul Tower. Don't take time out of your schedule to see the 63 building unless you have nothing better to do and you want to spend some money.
