Iwha mural village is probably one of the last places where you can still experience the old times of Korea in Seoul.This quiet village has colorful, subtle and creative murals that you can take a look as you stroll up and down.The more you go inside, the less noise you hear!
Ihwa Mural Village was also featured in many korean drama's like "Rooftop Prince", "Strong Woman Dobong Soon" and "Doctors"

I love this place. It's an art in unexpected place. I love how art can be shared thru walls and stairs. Plus when you reach the top you also reached Naksan Park.

A great neighbourhood to explore and good exercise with the steep slopes. It is so sad to see most of the wonderful murals such as the flowers and goldfish destroyed by residents. I can see both side of the argument. Hope that the residents and tourists can co-exist harmoniously some day. And that the murals can be restored.
