Hanokjib (한옥집) is one of the famous Kimchi Jjim (Steamed) and Kimchi Jjigae (Stew) restaurants in Seoul.
The owner spent at least five months to get the right recipe for the Kimchi Jjim and ordered the Kimchi factory to make the right Kimchi for his new menu.
It's amazingly delicious and for that Hanokjib has 10 locations in Korea, but this place is the original.
