Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

We will assist with the advance registration for the Mt. Fuji hiking fee. Please prepare the 4,000 yen entry fee in cash, which will be collected by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
Please note that travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel and accident insurance before departure, as the tour operator is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents during the activity.
You must be physically and mentally prepared for 8 to 10 hours of hiking over two days, with a total elevation gain of over 1,400m.
All movement during the tour is on foot along mountain trails, including steep, rocky, and sandy sections. Proper footwear and appropriate clothing are essential for your safety and comfort.
In some cases, the guide may ask you to rest or descend if it is deemed unsafe to continue. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Rain, fog, and cold winds are common even in summer. Proper gear for wet and cold weather is required.
