  1. You will receive an eSIM QR code via email upon ordering. Scan and download the eSIM to your phone.

  3. Setup complete. The eSIM is now active on your phone.

  1. On your phone, go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
  2. Tap Add mobile plan

Please keep in mind
  1. Passport verification is only available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, and is not available at other times.
  2. If you wish to verify your passport outside of the available hours, you can proceed with the verification process at the airport roaming center.
  3. All incoming/outgoing calls and text messages are unavailable until your passport has been verified. (Data services are available regardless of passport verification.)
  4. Passports issued in the Republic of Korea cannot be used for passport verification.

FAQ

Can I extend the eSIM for a long period?

No, this eSIM cannot be extended. It will be automatically terminated after the expiry date. If you need an extension, please make a new purchase.

What if the eSIM doesn't work on my phone?

Please check with your phone carrier to make sure your phone is eSIM compatible. Also make sure your smartphone is unlocked through your carrier, especially if you are from the United States, Canada, or Japan.

If you experience any issues with the eSIM, please contact the customer center via the contact details provided in the manual.

Does this eSIM come with a Korean local 010 phone number?

Yes, a Korean phone number starting with 010 will be issued.

Can I connect my ARC or use identity verification services with this eSIM?

No, ARC connection and identity verification services are not available when using this eSIM. (Any services that require personal authentication are not supported.)

Do I need to verify my passport to use the eSIM?

Passport verification is only required if you want to use voice call and SMS services. You can still use mobile data without verification.
