[Rooftop & Observation Area Floor Guide]
1st Floor:
  • Exhibition Area - Often features displays related to Kobe Port Tower's history and exhibits.
  • Opening Hour: 9:00am～11:00pm
2nd Floor:
  • Souvenir Shop - Purchase memorabilia and souvenirs.
  • 2nd Floor: 9:00am～6:00pm
3rd Floor:
  • Cafe & Bar - Enjoy light meals and refreshments with a view of the surroundings.
  • 3rd Floor: 9:00am～11:00pm（L.O.10:00pm）
4th Floor:
  • Brilliance Museum - It is a small 'Museum of Light' that exhibits works themed on "brilliance".
