The experience may be canceled due to bad weather. In such cases, we will notify you via email at least one day prior to the activity and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Please note that wild elephants may roam nearby during treks in Khao Sok National Park. If safety concerns arise, alternative activities will be arranged, but refunds will not be provided for canceled itineraries. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize both guest safety and wildlife welfare.
